Working With Me

• Live comments as I read, either through Google Docs or a PDF annotated via Goodnotes
  • Reactions, questions, what’s working, where I stumble
• Ongoing conversation as soon as I open your document
  • I’m your partner while I read, not silent until the end
  • Expect messages at 2am while I lay awake in my non-sleeping toddler’s bed
• A longer talk when I finish
  • Structure, pacing, arc, emotional resonance, whether the ending lands
    • Builds from the conversation already started
  • Zoom, text, phone call, all in the DMs—it doesn’t matter to me
• 3-4 week turnaround time depending on length. Additional time will be necessary for manuscripts over 100k words. I’ll give a clearer timeline once I know your word count.
